Friendly and helpful staff

Very kind and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

I faced numerous inconveniences during my stay. The closet was missing one of its doors, making it impossible to close. Additionally, the refrigerator and microwave were poorly balanced, which made using them quite awkward. Even more frustrating was the noisy operation of the microwave, akin to a dryer running with shoes inside.

The King Suite, Non-Smoking was quite spacious, providing plenty of room for relaxation. The friendly staff exceeded expectations, offering assistance even without being asked. Breakfast had a nice variety, although the food temperature could have been improved. Fortunately, I enjoyed scones from the breakfast spread, which added a delightful touch to my mornings.

We had a pleasant two-night stay! The staff's hospitality made us feel at home. The pool was spacious, perfect for family fun, though the air conditioning in our suite could be quieter. Don’t miss the incredible breakfast spread — especially the fresh juice options! Book early for the best rooms.

The King Suite was spacious and pretty comfy. I didn’t love the big furniture separating the space, but it was manageable. The staff was super helpful too, even offering to grab stuff for me without asking. No complaints on cleanliness either. everything felt fresh. The TV setup was decent too, but a clearer view would've been nicer. The room was pretty good overall.

I found the fitness center equipped with good machines which was great for my morning routine. Breakfast had some tasty options like fresh fruit and muffins.
